Getting Started

After you complete our brief inquiry form, we’ll arrange your complimentary Discovery Session. On our call, we’ll discuss your ideal vacation so we can develop a thorough understanding of your unique travel needs and desires.

Design Your Adventure

We’ll provide a quote for our Design Fee and if you are ready to move forward, the planning begins. You’ll receive exclusive access to our Wanderlist planning tool, powered by Virtuoso. On this interactive site, you can browse destinations and experiences and curate your own travel wish list to share with us. Working in conjunction with our exclusive travel partners, we’ll craft a personalized itinerary for you. Then, we’ll review it with you and revise based on your feedback.

Book & Manage

With your itinerary finalized, you can leave all the rest to us. We’ll book and manage all the components of your trip, including your accommodations or cruise cabin, transfers, tours and special excursions, and more. We’ll also arrange desired restaurant reservations, museum tickets, and provide personalized recommendations so you can take full advantage of your destination.

Explore with Confidence

We’ll ensure you’re fully prepared for your adventure with guidance on what to pack, vaccine requirements, and passport/visa information. After you depart, you can rest easy knowing you have our support throughout your entire journey.

Do you charge a fee for your travel design services?

Yes, we charge a Design Fee to cover the research, planning, booking, and support you receive from our services. The fee varies depending on the length and complexity of your trip; fees start at $400 for a 7-day trip. We’ll always share the Design Fee with you after our complimentary consultation call together.

What is your retainer service?

We offer a VIP retainer service for a yearly fee. As a retainer client, you receive unlimited travel planning services throughout the year, for trips large and small. Our goal with our retainer clients is to develop a more thorough understanding of your travel dreams and preferences with every trip we plan for you, so subsequent vacations come together with greater personalization and ease. We limit the number of retainer clients we take on each year to maintain the highest level of service; please get in touch to inquire about this service.

What is “Wanderlist”?

Wanderlist is an online travel inspiration and planning tool from Virtuoso, our consortia. All Exquisite Adventures clients get access to their own Wanderlist account where they can browse and save their favorite destinations and experiences as well as access in-depth destination guides. We use Wanderlist collaboratively with you, so we always know what’s been inspiring our clients. For our VIP retainer clients, we’ll collaborate through Wanderlist to map out your travel plans for the next 5 to 6 years.
